Painter and teacher, born in Beckenham, Kent, married to the artist Diana Howard. Studied at Beckenham School of Art and Ravensbourne College of Art, 1957–62, then Royal Academy Schools until 1966, winning several scholarships. In 1974 he gained a further scholarship from Arts Council. Morley was a visiting lecturer at Epsom School of Art and Design and taught at Westminster School. He took part in mixed shows at RBA and NEAC of both of which he was a member, RA, Paris Salon and elsewhere.
