A deft pastel study of a young woman on a swing, possibly inspired by Fragonard's famous painting. The artist has wonderfully captured the fullness of the young lady's dress and sleeves. There is a studio stamp from Cambridge School of Art with the artist's name and dates in the lower right quadrant.
The drawing has been presented in a gilt effect frame.
On sugar paper.There is a small mark in the lower left quadrant but other than this the painting and frame are in fine condition.
