A fine watercolour completed in muted tones by the artist John Noble. The colours perfectly compliment the early spring landscaped portrayed and the painting is finished with some areas of fine-line detail. Affixed to the rear of the painting is a Gallery label from 'The Mall Galleries' detailing the artist's name and address, as well as the painting's name medium and original price. There is also a customer label stating the name and address of a previous owner of the artwork. The painting presented in a wooden frame with a wash lined mount. Signed. On watercolour paper.
Condition
The painting has been very well maintained. There is minor discolouration and foxing found on the painting's surface, as well as a few smudges. The frame has a few scuffs and a bit of wear, but is also in good condition.
