Artist Biography
James W. Milliken was born in Liverpool. He was primarily a landscape artist who also painted continental scenes in watercolours.
Milliken exhibited many times at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and also showed at Royal Academy and Royal Cambrian Academy.
