Overall the condition is good. Slight discolouration and light foxing to the paper and mount. Marks and scuffs to the frame.

Artist Biography
James Priddey (1916-1980) was an English painter, printmaker, and illustrator. He was born in Birmingham, and studied at Moseley School of Arts and Crafts, and then at the Birmingham College of Art. Priddey exhibited widely, including at the Royal Scottish Academy, Royal Society of British Artists, Royal Cambrian Academy, Society of Graphic Art, and at the Paris Salon, where he received a silver medal in 1949. He was elected as president to the Birmingham Watercolour Society in 1959 and as a member to the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in 1960, becoming the Society's Hon. Secretary in 1966.
