Description

A fun and vibrant impressionistic painting by 20th century artist Irene Lesley Main (b.1959). The scene depicts a Greek harbour full with boats. Villa apartments stretch the full width of the background, with green palms lining the walkway. The artist has captured the view in a naive artistic style with expressive brushwork and block colour. Well-presented in a double bevelled mount and white contemporary frame. Signed. On paper.

Condition

The painting itself is in a very good condition. However, the white frame shows signs of light wear and dirtying on all members.

Size

29.5 x 41.5cm (11.6" x 16.3")
Framed Size: 56 x 69cm (22" x 27.2")
