A very fine mid-century study depicting a tree-lined path, curving towards a distant woodland. Rain clouds gather over the mountains while blue sky peeks out from in between tree branches. This very pleasing painting is well presented in a white mount and vintage wood frame. Possibly signed 'Michael or Michelle' and dated at the lower left. On watercolour paper.
Condition
Overall the condition of the painting is good. There is some very minor discolouration, typical for a picture of this age. Small loss to the frame at the lower left corner.
