A charming 20th Century oil after the French court painter Vigee Le Brun. The artist has signed to the lower left corner and the painting has been handsomely presented in an ornate contemporary frame with intricate moulding boasting waterlilies, bull rushes and irises. The frame is finished with a brown velvet slip. On canvas.
