Harry George Webb was a painter, etcher and wood engraver active in London from the 1880's onwards. Between 1887 and 1893 he exhibited at the Royal Academy and at the Dudley Gallery, London Salon, Royal Society of British Artists, Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers, and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in London; the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool; and at Manchester City Art Gallery. The census of 1901 records him as a 'PaperAgent'. A wood-engraving entitled Strand on the Green by him is illustrated in The Imprint no.4, April 1913.
