Description

A toast to a World War II Battle of Britain fighter pilot, with a Winston Churchill quote to the mount: "Never in the field of conflict was so much owed by so many to so few". Presented in a washline mount measuring 61 x 79 cm and inscribed to the lower right "Copied and Enlarged by H.G. Gandy". Signed. On wove.

Condition

There is some light foxing across the painting. There are surface marks to the mount.
