A vibrant 20th Century scene showing a Portuguese fisherman hard at work mending his fishing nets. The artist has signed and dated to the lower left and the painting has been presented in a gilt and black frame. There is a label at the reverse where the artist has inscribed information about the location of the painting. On canvas.
