Description

An truly joyful Impressionist Summer scene showing a group of buildings and a water mill on a river pond with trees and grass at the banks. A woman and her dog are in a rowing boat, making their way across the sparkling water. The artist has used a pretty pastel palette to capture the sunny atmosphere and charming impasto brush work, in a similar style to Monet and other Impressionists. The artist has signed and dated to the lower left corner. On canvas.
