Description

A charming scene depicting silver birch trees on the river's edge. Signed faintly to the lower left. Well presented in an ornate gilt frame with laurel and berry running pattern, acanthus detailed cove and a beaded running patter to the inner window. On canvas.

Condition

There is some craquelure to the surface and some light marks to the outer edges. There is some wear to the frame and gilt slip.
