A charming river landscape depicting two horses drinking from the River Dart in Devon. Wonderfully presented in a fluted gilt effect frame. Short biography of the artist George Howe has been attached to the reverse. Signed. On board.Condition
Small white mark visible to the frame at the upper left area, otherwise in fine condition. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.

Artist Biography
George Howe was born in Worcestershire and educated in Vancouver, Canada. Eventually moving back to England to study art at the Birmingham College of Art. Howe has exhibited in the US, Mexico and across Europe.
