Description
A charming watercolour scene by artist, George Hodgson, depicting a village lane with thatched cottage. A local farmer can be seen offering fresh milk from his pail to a young girl. Signed to the lower left. Presented in a slim black frame with white card mount. Glazed. On watercolour paper.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. The watercolour seems to have slipped slightly in the frame at the top. Signs of wear and tear to the black outer frame to include several scratches to the wood.
