Description

This is an excellent painting by the well listed landscape painter George Harris, and a fine example of his rural river scenes. The details in the figures and cattle in particular show his expert brushwork. The painting is beautifully presented in a period gilt swept frame. Signed. On board.

Condition

Generally the appearance is very good . Inspection under UV light shows some scattered restorations. The frame is in good condition.
