George Eyres - Signed Original 19th Century Oil. A wonderful rural scene with a mother and child on the path in front of a cottage, signed to the lower right and well presented in a modern gilt frame. Signed. On canvas. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some areas of surface dirt and old craquelure , but the paint layer is stable. Faint old stretcher bar marks visible in areas. Some light undulations to the canvas in areas. Frame is in very good condition.
