A charming depiction of The Monk Bar, the North East entrance to York's walls and is the tallest out of the four city gates. The artist captures figures wondering the cobbled streets of York before the impressive 14th Century gate. Signed, titled and dated to the lower right. Presented in a simple gilt frame. On paper.
