A impressionist scene in charcoal and watercolour by the notable Devonshire artist Frederick Charles Mulock (1886-1931). Boats at Newlyn. Well-presented in a giltwood frame with card mount. Indistinctly signed and inscribed to the lower right. On watercolour paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing to the watercolour. Minor wear noted to the giltwood frame.
