Painted in the style of Pierre Emmanuel Damoye (1847-1916), this lowland mountain scene depicts a shepherd herding his flock to new pastures. The painting is presented in a wooden frame and bears a signature in the lower right reading 'Damoye'; however, we do not believe this to be an original work by Pierre Emmanuel Damoye (1847-1916).
