A delightful watercolour depicting 'The Windmill Inn', in Collingham, Whetherby. Completed in delicate washes of watercolour, the artist has wonderfully captured this rural and idyllic street scene. Inscribed with the location at the lower left. Monogrammed and Dated. On board.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. With very light mount burn.
