This delightful impressionist oil by British painter Ethel Blackburn, depicts a small group of colourful fishing boats moored in a vast coastal harbour. The majority of the scene has been painted in a washed out colour palette, except for the colourful boats which pop against the shimmering impasto water. The painting is signed with initials to the lower right-hand corner. Attractively presented in a dark wood frame. On board.
