A solitary fisherman leans against a rock beside a tarn, while billowing clouds roll over the mountainous landscape beyond. Well presented in an ornate gilt frame. Unsigned. On board.

Condition

Slight discolouration. Inspection under UV light reveals areas of overpainting. Light wear to the frame. The artwork is in very good condition for its age.
