A fine early 20th Century oil interior, showing a woman kissing an icon at a candle lit altar. The artist has signed illegibly to the lower right corner and the painting has been presented in a handsome early 20th Century gilt frame with detailed, low relief molding. On board.

Condition

There are some losses and areas of restoration to the frame. The painting has some light scuffing and a small paint loss in the upper left quadrant.
