A fine study of Venice from the water by the artist E. Rizzia. The artist has wonderfully captured the early evening light and the hustle and bustle of the port. Excellently presented in an ornate gilt frame with swept corners. Signed to the lower left.
Condition
The canvas has been relined. With areas of light craquelure scattered across the canvas. Inspection under UV light shows no sign of over painting. Frame appears to be in good condition.
