A charmingly naive scene in oil and bright primary colours. The scene shows a red roofed house under a bright blue sky with trees around it. The artist has initialed to the lower right and the painting has been presented in a simple wood frame with linen slip. There is an inscription at the reverse with the artist's name (illegible) and a note indicating this painting was exhibited in 1971. On canvas board.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Some minor staining to the linen slip at the lower edge.
