Overall the condition is very good. There is some minor scuffing to the corners of the canvas. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.

Having lived in both the heart of London at Pimlico, and the leafy suburbs of St Albans, Wilson poured his love of these places into his work; this collection is filled with snap shots of London's parks and architecture and colourful, rural scenes of St Albans. Clearly influenced by Impressionism, Wilson seemed to view the world through a softly focused lens, which lends his paintings a gentle, nostalgic feeling.
This collection comprises of architectural views of cities, rural landscapes and several Impressionistic portraits.
