The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and surface dirt. There are very minor flakes of paint loss to the centre on the canvas, however this is only noticeable on close inspection. Marks and paint loss to the edges and corners of the canvas. Inspection under UV light shows three small dabs of overpainting to the cottage roof.
