A fine 19th Century landscape showing a figure fishing on the bank of an idyllic meandering river that winds its way towards an imposing mountain range in the distance. The painting has been fully re-lined and the artist has signed and dated to the lower left corner. The painting has been presented in a 20th Century gilt frame. On re-lined canvas.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration to the varnish.
