A charming mid 20th century street scene by the Belgian artist Charles Lebon (1906-1957), featuring sun-drenched buildings with terracotta rooftops. Lebon employs a muted colour palette and soft, considered brushwork to evoke the quiet serenity of the scene. Signed to the lower right. Well presented in a swept gilt frame. On canvas on stretchers.

Condition
