A beautiful watercolour landscape showing a continental lakeside where the ruins of an impressive mausoleum sit on the shore. A town can be seen in the distance on the other side of the lake and figures walk along a path towards the building in the foreground. The painting is unsigned on wove. On wove.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and dirtying to the surface. Three is a burn mark to the lower left quadrant.
