A charming engraving after Sir Joshua Reynold's 'The Age of Innocence'. The scene depicts a young girl seated on grass before a rolling landscape. The identity of the child is unknown, but is thought to be the artist's great-niece Theophila Gwatkin (1782-1844). Engraved by Samuel Cousins. Published in London, 1874. On paper.Condition
There is some light wear to the edges of the card. The inscription to the top border of the print has worn away.
