Description

This charming watercolour study depicts a rolling landscape with fields of autumnal crops leading mountains on the horizon. Overhead, sunshine breaks through storm cloud to shine pools of light over the mountain tops, shedding a warm glow over the scene. Signed both to the lower right and left. Presented in a a dark wooden frame with a gilt window. On paper.

Condition

There is light foxing to the painting and some discolouration. There is some wear and scuffing to the frame.
