There are a few light marks to the wood frame. However, the overall condition of the artwork is very good.

Artist Biography
Ben Woollcombe has been painting professionally for the past thirty years. While favouring watercolours, from time to time he also works with oil paints and charcoal. Living with his family in Peel Forest, South Canterbury, Ben is spoiled for choice with the wild, powerful landscapes on his doorstep. Ben enjoys painting 'in the field' giving his work a particularly special quality. In addition to landscape painting, he also enjoys painting portraits, life drawings and still-life. On recent trips Ben has painted in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Greece, Belgium, Tuscany, Provence and Scotland.
