The painting is in need of some restoration work. With areas of discolouration and craqeleure. Paint loss and flaking to the substrate, most noticable to the sky area. Gilt paint on the substrate. Inspection under UV light shows some attempts at filling and overpainting losses to the canvas. The canvas has also been re-lined. With marks to the frame.
