Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration, but generally the appearance is nice. Some mount burn to the edges as shown, which would be covered once framed.

Artist Biography
Alfred John Keene was a British watercolourist who lived and worked in Derby - his work was well collected and he founded the Derby Sketching Club in 1887. Today, his work can be found in the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, along with other British institutions, His work fetches high prices at auction.
