A finely detailed watercolour after British architectural watercolourist Samuel Prout (1783-1852). The original is in the collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington D.C. The work depicts a street scene in Bruges, with an ornate gothic façade and figures seated beneath umbrellas. Well presented in a gilt frame. Unsigned. On paper.
