Description
A Venetian scene after Paul Marny (1829-1914). Blind stamped 'E.S.K', meaning 'Examined South Kensington' (now Royal College of Art) within an oval to the lower-left corner. Presented in a white mount and an ornate gilt frame with a fleur-de-lis running pattern to the cove and leaf and berry moulding to the edge. Unsigned. On watercolour paper.Condition
There is some mild discolouration. There are some scuffs and areas of restoration to the moulding on the frame.
