Two charming stipple engravings after paintings by George Morland (1763-1803). The first depicts a scene in the song The Lass of Livingstone inspired by the popular Scottish song. The other is inscribed 'How sweet's the love that meets return. When in soft flames should equal burn.' and shows two lovers beneath a tree. Both are presented in gilt frame with subtle swept edges. On paper.
Condition
Both prints have light foxing. There are some small losses to both of the gilt frame.
