A very fine and impressive gilt picture frame with a double fabric mount and gilt detailing. The frame itself has large acanthus leaf mouldings with black painted dart details, and smaller acanthus scroll beading. Glazed but without backing board. Mount window opening measures 42.4cm x 43.0cm. Rebate without mount measures 62.3cm x 63.0cm.
