Description

A charming watercolour interpretation of chapter forty-seven verse seven of Genesis where Joseph presents his father Jacob to the Pharaoh. The artist captures the religious figures on a Palladian style terrace looking out over gardens. Inscribed to the lower left describing the scene. Unsigned. Presented in a black painted frame. On paper.

Condition

There are areas of significant discoulation to the paper as well as foxing and some creasing. There are some small marks to the mount.
