From a large collection of drawings primarily dated and inscribed with locations in the Lake District. All by the same hand but nothing is signed and we do not know the identity of the artist. Most of the drawings have been removed from various sketchbooks (not by us). All date from about 1866 to 1875. It would seem that the artist was a keen walker in the Lakes and sketched the various views extensively. Collection Code 27Ma
