A charming late 19th Century watercolour showing a procession of ponies and traps, with finely dressed passengers, making their way home after a day on Hampstead Heath, London. The artist has inscribed to the lower edge and the painting has been presented in a 20th Century gilt frame with layered card mount. There is an inscription at the reverse that indicates the painting was dated by the artist on the revere of the paper. On wove.
