A beautiful pair of 19th Century British School watercolours with graphite detailing, depicting half length portraits of a lady and a gentlemen. Each watercolour has been signed to the right hand side in pencil, and is presented in beautiful gilt effect frames. There is a pencil inscription on the reverse of the portait of the lady which reads 'Died 1886, Aged 84', and another inscription on the reverse of the male portait. which reads 'Tiley relation'.
