William Langley (fl.1880-1920). Original early 20th century oil. River landscape with highland cattle watering before a cloud covered mountain. Presented in a decorative gilt frame with laurel and berry running pattern. Signed to the lower left.Condition
The condition is very good for a picture of this age. Inspection under UV light reveals minor overpainting to the surface of the oil. Minor losses and wear noted to the gilt-effect frame.
