A charming oil painting after Stanhope Alexander Forbes (1857-1947) depicting two fishermen leaving the dock with the Newlyn Lighthouse in the distance. Signed and dated by Birmingham artist William John Wainwright (1855-1931). On canvas.

Condition

Inspection under UV light reveals some restoration, including a canvas repair to the top half of the piece. Light wear and small losses to the frame.
