William James Callcott (1843-1890) was a Victorian painter and draughtsman. He is best known as a marine painter of storm and coastal scenes. He worked in London where he exhibited at the Royal Academy, the British Institution, the Suffolk Street Gallery, and the New Watercolour Society between 1843 and 1890. Works by Callcott are in the Museum of London, Portsmouth Museums, and the Government Art Collection.
