Signed and dated. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some age toning. Cracking to moulding on frame, as shown in photos.William Hull (6 May 1820 – 15 March 1880) was an English watercolour landscape and still-life painter, illustrator and etcher, who exhibited at the Royal Academy in London.
