William Charles Clements was a painter born in London in 1903. Clements studied at Walthamstow College of Art, having previously studied at Hackney under Norman Janes. the exhibited at the United Society of Artists, Royal Society of British Artists and for some time was Chairman of Essex Art Club and also President of the London Sketch Club. the died in 1983.
