A coloured mezzotint, engraved by William Henry Simmons 1811-1882) after Richard Ansdell (1815-1885). The plate has an inscription of the title and the names of the artist and engraver. On watercolour laid to board. Signed in plate. Presented in a washline card mount and in an ornate, gilt-effect frame. On wove.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and minor surface marks. Small scuffs to the frame.
